Wow photographs most products that are available on regular ecommerce websites. At this time we do not shoot jewelry, and only shoot flat lay for clothing. For oversized items longer than 4 feet, please contact us for more information.
We highly recommend UPS over other carriers, as we have found it the most reliable option. We advise shipping the product to Wow with UPS and using the carrier of your choice for the return label.
Yes, we will return your product quickly and in perfect condition. Simply include a return label with the package.
Absolutely! You receive 100% royalty at no extra charge.
If we did not match the angles or other specifications you requested, we will be happy to reshoot the product. Otherwise, a reshoot will be charged as a new photograph.
No, we never use light tents – nor any other “bargain” photography tools. We’re a professional studio, with the highest-quality lighting (only broncolor) and the newest Nikon D850 camera. Every shot is a custom shot tailored to your product.
